Located in the emerging warehouse district north of Miami's upcoming Performing Arts Center,
this loft style condominium building has the feeling of a former industrial building with
the amenities of a state of the art residential design. The units range from 4,000 sf units
to 650 sf units creating an interesting mix of residents. The complex includes a swimming
pool, full gymnasium, garden, and on site parking. 20' high ceilings afford expansive views
of the Miami's downtown skyline. The double height roof gardens blend spacious interior
rooms with very large outside deck areas. Shading devises are built into the façade of the
building and terraces are recessed purposely to provide full shade from the sun. Novel
unit plans include several garden apartments that offer 30-foot high living rooms and
20-foot high kitchens.
