Our beachfront projects have given us an opportunity to explore the "lighter" side of design. Given the great disparity between the upscale hotels and condominiums on the land side and the underdeveloped small scale structures on the beachfront, we believe that urban parks deserve a level of design greater than that which has been given to them in years past. In particular, we have added a level of color and form that is often lacking in the more typical generic county-generated designs. The very positive public response to our beachfront projects has been considerable, and only further reminds us of the important role that these parks have in communicating the vitality of both the residential and commercial communities which they serve.
